1. Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@biospence.ma with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our mistake.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, send us an email at contact@biospence.ma, and we will assist you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or opened products.
- Items purchased with final sale discounts.
- Gift cards.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
